Johnston-Kaye, AustraLearn Applicant | Australearn makes it easier than ever to study abroad with the best educational experience available! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and to say how impressed I am with your company. My name is Jill Tollefson and I used Australearn to help me complete my undergraduate degree with a semester abroad interning at a sporting event management company in Sydney, Australia. I am currently researching graduate schools and enjoyed my time in Australia so much that I am looking at returning to the area and, because of my complete satisfaction, I am again using the services Australearn provides its students. The staff that I have worked with during this process for both my undergraduate and graduate degree has been helpful and resourceful. They forwarded me a few informative links regarding the best Australian schools and included course descriptions for easy comparison. | | I'm dropping you a line to express my sincerest gratitude for Matt Hancock's assistance in helping my daughter, Ellis Schriefer, and I navigate the convoluted enrollment process at a number of Australian and New Zealand colleges, and for his additional assistance to us--unfailingly friendly professional, informed, and prompt--on a number of other complicated matters ranging from visa application procedures and issues, a number of accomodation issues, and student loan questions. He invariably cut to the chase, explained things plainly and knowledgeably, and occasionally went to bat as a highly effective liaison between us and university personnel who occasionally seemed less informed and less than informative than one might reasonably expect about various important matters within their purview. The entire process would have been extremely difficult and extraordinarily stressful without Matt's unfailingly courteous and highly effective assistance. We never doubted that he could and would provide immediate and informed assistance whenever and wherever it was needed, and this lightened enormously the load associated with what might otherwise have seemed a very discouraging and daunting process; one, in fact, that we might have simply decided to forego, in favor of a U.S. school, without his assistance. I'm happy to say all is well: Ellis will arrive in Dunedin and start classes at the University of Otago in a few weeks. It's been a long haul getting to that point and I feel we owe a fair measure of gratitude to Matt for everything he has done to facilitate this outcome. He's obviously an intelligent and very decent person; more importantly for you, he's manifestly a credit to your organization. -Don Schreifer, father of Ellis Schriefer, who is attending the Univeristy of Otago in February 2010. | MEET THE DEGREE TEAM COORDINATORS At AustraLearn, we pride ourselves on providing superior service and support to every student before departure and upon return.
