He earned his BA in Religious Studies from Albion College in Michigan. He has done extensive travel throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Matt has also been an Olympic spectator in Barcelona, Lillehammer, Atlanta, Nagano, Salt Lake City and Torino. These experiences have instilled a passion for international travel and cultural studies from a young age. Fun Facts Where have you travelled and/or studied abroad? I've been to Japan, Hong Kong, New Zealand (N. Island), Australia (Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney), Switzerland, Austria, Italy, France, Germany, Norway, England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Russia, Canada. What do you like to do in your free time? During the Spring, Summer and Fall, I love to go camping as much as possible! These trips include local areas in the state as well as national parks that are within driving distance (i.e. Yellowstone, Canyonlands, Badlands, Rocky Mountain, Sand Dunes and Arches.) What is your favorite part about working at GlobaLinks Learning Abroad? My favorite part about working for GlobaLinks Learning Abroad is the enthusiasm that is shared amongst my colleagues. I also find great pleasure in assisting students that share an interest in international travel and education. |
